Dr. Winn joins with scholars from around the world who are passionate about understanding how organizations can be both productive and humane. He has written numerous articles, chapters, and books on leadership, negotiations, and reimagining the human worklife experience.
His educational background includes a:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering from Purdue University
- Masters degree from BYU’s Marriott School of Business
- Ph.D. from the University of Michigan specializing in Organizational Behavior and Leadership.
Brad is a popular, award-winning professor who presents regularly at national conferences and events. He and his wife, Johanna, reside in Morgan Utah where he enjoys hiking, camping, traveling and singing with the Tabernacle Choir.
