Neil is a Wealth Management Advisor and Senior Resident Director for the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management Provo, Utah office, holding the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designation. He graduated from Utah Valley University’s business school with an emphasis in Finance. He has been with Merrill since 1997, when he joined his father David Hullinger, who had been with the firm since 1973. Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and Bank of America have a storied history in our country, and the Hullinger team has been a large part of bringing that to Utah County for nearly 50 years. That tradition of excellence continues on today.  He was recently featured in the April 2022 issue of Forbes Magazine as one of the Top Advisors in the state of Utah (as well as 2019 & 2021)

Neil and his wife Amy live in Mapleton, where they are raising their six children. Neil is committed to many civic, church and extracurricular activities, as demonstrated by his coaching high school basketball, being active in the Live wElle Foundation, and his ecclesiastical responsibilities, and many other community responsibilities.
